It takes decades for companies to get to net zero on their own, and it’s almost impossible for new brands and smaller companies to do this from day 1. This amount varies from order to order based on the impact score, which is calculated individually for each order.  We then work with these companies (our vendors) to establish green manufacturing and shipping policies that will improve their environmental impact over the long term. In the event your card is declined when we process your order, we will attempt to process your order again every 24 hours. If all attempts fail, your order will be cancelled. Your subscription will not be cancelled, however, and we will attempt to process your next order. In order to receive your order, simply go to the Payments section in My Account and update your payment information during that 6-day period and your order will be shipped and not cancelled. Alternatively, you can place a one-time order to receive this period’s subscription order. Simply reach out to customer service to receive the appropriate discount code so that your one-time order costs the same amount. We and our third-party payment service providers may request, and we may receive, updated credit card information from your credit card issuer, such as updated card numbers and expiration date information when your credit card has expired. If such updated information is provided to us and our third-party payment service providers, we will update your account information accordingly, and will use such updated information to process payments for your future purchases and subscriptions. Your credit card issuer may give you the right to opt out of providing vendors and third-party payment service providers with your updated credit card information.
