Most returns accepted within 30 days of delivery

Returns of unopened and undamaged products are accepted within 30 days of your order date for orders placed on Ooala.com. After we receive your returned items, we will process your refund onto your original form of payment. You can also choose Ooala Store Credit. Original shipping and handling fees and "Duties & Taxes Reimbursements" will not be refunded. Please allow 5-10 business days from receipt of your returned item(s) for your refund to post. If you need help with a return please reach out to us at support@ooala.com and we’ll help you process it ASAP. *If a vendor is unable to accept a return that falls within our normal return guidelines, we will process your return using either an Ooala Gift Card or Ooala Store Credit. Vendor return policies will not affect your ability to receive a refund for your order, but may affect the form that refund is processed in.

You can find your Order ID # in the first email that we sent you after your order (example: #AC713904935). Just enter that number and your email to get started. Please note that each vendor on Ooala.com has a different return policy, but in almost all cases items are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase.

Yes. Most returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, with a minimum fee of $10 per return and a maximum of $20 per return. This is not a per item fee, because a return can include multiple items. Here are some examples to help clarify:

Example 1: You ordered 7 items and paid $17 in total, and shipping was free. You want to return all 7 items. The 20% restocking fee is only $3.40 ($17.00 x 20%). But because of the $10 minimum, your restocking fee is $10.

Example 2: You ordered 6 items for a total of $312. You only want to return 5 of the 6 items, and paid $275 for these 5 items. The 20% total would be $55 ($275 x 20%). But because of the $20 maximum, your restocking fee is only $20.

Why is this fee charged? Returning an item almost triples the environmental impact of your purchase. By charging a restocking fee we are able to eliminate that impact and use that money to help the planet.

Where does the money go? We do not keep it! 100% of the restocking fee is put towards planting trees, pulling CO2 out of the atmosphere, and removing plastic from our oceans. None of the money goes to reimburse our company for the extra cost of you returning an item.

Absolutely! Our return policy does not vary country-to-country. No matter where you are, the same policies apply. Normally returns within the USA are sent to our Texas Fulfillment Center. In Europe, we accept returns at our United Kingdom return center. Visit The Ooala Return Center to get started with a return.

After we receive your return at the warehouse, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be posted to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that most returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee (minimum of $10). This entire fee covers the environmental impact of shipping the product back to us and our inspection of the unit. We do not keep any of the money. 100% of it is donated to helping our planet.

Items must be returned to us within 30 days of the order date. Once we receive your item(s), please allow up to 10 working days for us to process your refund. PayPal / Credit / Debit Cards: If you paid via PayPal, your refund will be issued back to the applicable account. If you paid with a credit or debit card, your refund will be issued back to your card. The time it will take for your refund to post to your bank account, PayPal account, or credit card will vary. Please note that your refund will appear as an individual credit for each item returned, so you may see multiple credits on your credit card or PayPal statement if you are returning multiple items.

If you purchased online, yes. That includes Amazon, Walmart, and any other ecommerce website. But if you purchased at a physical brick & mortar store you will have to talk with them. We only accept returns for eligible products purchased on Ooala.com or other ecommerce sites where we are the direct seller. We have great relationships with our retailer partners and if you would like to return a product purchased from one of our retailers, please contact them directly for assistance and information regarding their return policy.

Returned items will be inspected and must be returned in unopened and original condition. Our customer service representatives may ask for additional details when assisting with your return. Items marked as Final Sale and promotional items (e.g. free gifts with purchase, buy one get one free items) cannot be returned. Items purchased using an Ooala Gift Card or an Ooala Store Credit cannot be returned. Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded, unless required by law. We only accept returns for eligible products purchased on Ooala.com. We have great relationships with our retailer partners and if you would like to return a product purchased from one of our retailers, please contact them directly for assistance and information regarding their return policy. Probably! We have an almost unconditional money-back guarantee on any products that have the Ooala logo on them. Those are the products our company creates ourselves. You will not be able to use The Ooala Returns Center for your return. Just email us your Amazon Order ID # and a description of the issue to support@ooala.com and we will get back to you within 24 hours. There are no restocking fee if you purchased on Amazon. You will receive a 100% cash refund within days of returning the item to us.
