Any order over $49 will receive free shipping. A fee of $2.99 is applied per-item to all shipments under $49. Certain exceptions apply for countries with less-developed fulfillment networks. Please note that vendors are responsible for their own fulfillment, so orders of multiple products may come in multiple different shipments. If you’d like to receive your order sooner, you can select expedited shipping. Increased shipping costs will be applied at checkout for this service.

We ship anywhere in the world that has local fulfillment networks. This includes all 50 states, Canada, Australia, Europe, and even harder-to-reach areas such as Kazakhstan. Please note that your address will affect the speed of your shipment’s arrival.
All shipping address changes can be made in the My Account section. You will have the option to select a new default shipping address or add an additional address. If you want to ship to a different location, please ensure that you update the default shipping address prior to your next shipment date. Customer Service is unable to reroute packages once they begin processing. We are unable to reroute a package that is already in transit and are unable to offer returns due to items being shipped to an improperly entered address.

All major couriers are used to ship orders on Ooala.com, and we encourage vendors to lower their total miles shipped to help us reduce the amount of carbon in the atmosphere.
