Shake the cup up and down during use. The stainless is twisted and stretched downwards. It will be like a spider web, 360 degrees without dead ends, and mix all kinds of powder and liquid. The cups that the parents just received maybe a little bit of plastic. The new cups are very tightly sealed. Normally, there is no smell in the water.

I use this every day (sometimes more!) for my protein shakes. I had gotten a larger one for free, but I usually only make 8 oz at a time, so it felt like a waste of space. This is the perfect size for me, and I think the smaller size makes it easier for the blender ball to do its job. I haven't transported it anywhere, but given how much effort it takes to open the snap-top, I would feel confident that the lid would stay shut even if I threw it in my gym bag.
I really like that the bottom of the shaker is rounded, so that your protein powder doesn’t get stuck in the corners. I also like the carrying loop, you can also hang it on your backpack...great shaker bottle!
I love the different sizes, colors, and feel of the bottles. The handle is very well designed and comfortable to carry. I have not had any leaking problems at all and the shape of the bottles make cleaning very easy. Nice touch adding the shaker ball.
Shaker works great for pre-workouts doesn't leak and is dishwasher safe so cleaning is super easy.
When I travel with juice or a protein shake, I use this cup, and I have not had any spills. There is a mixing ball and measurements on the cup. Even if I am drinking soda, I can pour it in the cup to know how much I am drinking. I am so glad that I did not purchase a more expensive cup.
