Amazing product

This is an amazing product. I bring it to work with me for use during the day. Once you figure out the placement you will definitely feel the burn. Have noticed more tone in my butt and inner thigh area and have only been using it for a week now.

My postpartum repair yoga teacher recommended this to me. It is used to train the muscles of the pelvic floor. This is very good for building muscles. After a while, I will feel sore muscles around the hips, looking forward to the effect

For those hard to reach muscles

My co-worker recommended this product to me as a 1-minute addition to my workouts. She convinced me that strengthening the pelvic floor is important for people who sit at work all day as we do. I am just at the start of incorporating pelvic training into my workout, but so far so good. The equipment is well made, with good resistance.

I have been using this for a few days. I definitely feel it working muscles that I want to Target to tone up. It's a bit awkward at first but after adjusting it a few times it works great.

Easy to use and adjust

I am pleasantly surprised with this exerciser. When you're doing the exercise it doesn't really feel like it's doing much but the next day you know it did because you are sore, it's also easy to adjust it to make it easier or harder.

Wasn't sure if it would work

This exerciser does work. I was apprehensive as a kegel exerciser I wasn't sure it would do the job. However, I do see a difference in my hip muscles. The jury is still out on the kegel part, we will see. My inner thighs get sore, as do my hips, so I know I am working muscles that I haven't work as much in the past. The little adjuster confused me at first, but it just moves back and forth to adjust the firmness. I use it at my desk when I am standing up, so it's easy to use in daily life, a minute here, a minute there... very convenient.

Very nice

After the birth of my baby, I always wanted to go to the gym to restore my pelvis and improve my butt, but I didn't have time to take my baby with me. Then my friend recommended me to buy this trainer, which I could do at home, hoping that I could stick to it.

Easy to use with fast results

Even when I was going to PT for a torn acl 3 times a week, the tops of my inner thighs were mushy-like. And that was a while ago - now my old behind has dropped. This gadget looked easy enough to use and it actually is - essentially you just stuck it between your legs and squeeze away! I am already noticing firmer inner thighs and my hind end has lifted a bit! Definitely recommend this for easy storage, ease of use and price!
